ORDERING BY CREDIT CARD

To 'phone in an order using a Credit Card for payment you should follow closely the procedures noted below:

1. Know the product(s) you want to purchase


2. Have the Code No. and cost at hand (including the delivery costs and any other sundry costs)


3. Have your Credit Card at hand


4. We will ask for your Credit Card Number


5. We will ask you for the expiry date of your card


6. At this stage we will await authorisation of payment from the Bank. If the transaction is refused, you will be informed and the sale will be held until another method of successful payment is found.


7. If the transaction is successful you will be informed and your purchase will be completed
