To obtain our full price list and the ability to order directly from us by our post box check out our help page on connecting to our R.A.S. server on our private network. You need to be an account holder for access to this data-base and you also need to be aware it costs you the charge of the phone call for connection.
You need to go to My Computer and enter direct dial.
Once in direct dial you use the set-up wizard to enter the phone number and your name. (Our test name is Joe for the name and Public for the password). Once this has been done you must click the right mouse button on your created dial in icon and set the tcp/ip settings. This is the only protocol that you should set. You should set it so that our automatic DHCP service can allocate you a number dynamically. Once this has been done you have to edit two small files which should be in your windows directory.
1) Hosts 2) Imhosts
These two files need to have our private network machine number and name added to the end.

Once this has been done you should be ready to dial us. if the two files do not exist hosts.sam and imhosts.sam should exist by default. Edit these two files as above and then copy these two files to files of the same name in the same directory but without extensions hosts.sam hosts
