Erect posts and panels alternately, using two bricks to support each end of a panel erected between a pair of posts. Secure the fence panels with galvanised nails driven at an angle into each post. Alternatively, support the panel with fence clips, screwed or nailed to the side of the post. Drive a nail through the clip into the panel.
Lay a spirit level along the top of each panel to check it is level before fixing it to the posts. When all the fence panels are in place, fix gravel boards at the base of the fence, using wooden cleats or fence clips. Nail post caps to the top of each post. Similar capping strips can be used to finish off the fence panels.
